Assistants

With their warm and friendly smiles, Karlee, Kaylynn, and Karla are our assistants. They greet patients and bring them into the back office areas, to prepare each person for their treatment. Patient comfort is their highest priority throughout an individual’s visit, and they’re always available to help. Our assistants love working with our patients, building friendships with each person, and seeing the beautiful outcomes following a procedure.

The assistants deliver chairside assistance while our doctors perform dental procedures, making sure the doctor has everything needed, and they’re always focusing on the patient. They explain what the doctor is doing, how the treatment is progressing, and check to make sure the patient is relaxed and comfortable. Before and after treatments, our assistants sterilize our operatories and instruments to the highest levels.

Front Office- Insurance Coordinator and Appointment Coordinator

Greeting patients when they arrive for their visits, and checking everyone in, Marianna and Janel keep our front office running smoothly. Like the rest of the team, they are focused on delivering exceptional customer care and are here to help. They love seeing the transformation that happens in a person’s smile and life, and the boost of confidence that great oral health creates.

Marianna answers our phones, set and confirm appointments, and make sure scheduling runs on track, through coordination between the front and back office. Janel handles all insurance-related matters, including verifying benefits and working with patients to make sure that each person gets the most from their coverage.

Hygienists

Meagan & Bailey enjoy meeting so many interesting people and hearing their stories. With their focus on patient comfort and support, Meagan & Bailey make sure each person enjoys their visit, from start to finish.

As hygienists, Meagan & Bailey’s days are spent delivering one-to-one care to our patients. They take digital X-rays, clean teeth, and assess each person’s oral health. Their concentration is always on providing a patient with home oral hygiene solutions that work for their unique needs and lifestyle. Meagan & Bailey talk about healthy eating choices, establishing good habits, and making positive changes in a person’s life.

Office Manager

Talking with and getting to know our patients is Kirsten’s favorite part of her day. She loves how different each person is, and the stories they share with her about their hobbies, experiences, and families. Every person who comes to us for care is important to us and Kirsten, along with the rest of our team, makes sure each patient knows we’re here for them, whatever they need.

Kirsten oversees all aspects of our practice, seeing to it that everything runs smoothly, so the team can focus on delivering exceptional care. It’s her goal to have each patient leave happy and satisfied with their visit. One of Kirsten’s jobs is working with a patient to find the best treatment plan that will meet their oral health needs and goals. There are always options, so Kirsten talks with patients about how various treatments work and what to expect, encouraging the patient to be an active participant in determining their care.
